Grievance Redressal
Last updated: September 2026
We take investor complaints seriously. This page explains how to raise a grievance with Diverz directly, and how to escalate it to SEBI if it isn't resolved to your satisfaction.
Step 1 — Contact Diverz directly
Most issues can be resolved quickly by reaching out to us directly:
- Email: info@diverz.in
- Phone: +91 80887 88550
- Address: Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Please include your registered mobile number or client code, and a description of the issue, so we can look into it quickly. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within 15 business days — more complex issues involving an AMC or RTA may take longer, and we'll keep you updated on progress.
Step 2 — Escalate within Diverz
If you're not satisfied with the response, you may request escalation by replying to the same email thread marked "Escalation" or by writing again to info@diverz.in — your complaint will be reviewed by a senior team member.
Step 3 — SEBI SCORES
If your grievance remains unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through its SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) platform:
- Online: scores.gov.in
- The SCORES mobile app (SEBI SCORES), available on Android and iOS
SCORES also provides access to the SEBI-recognized Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism for market-related disputes, as an alternative to direct complaint escalation.
